Ohio Benefits Long-Term Care

Ohio Benefits Long-Term Care is Ohio’s implementation of the Balancing Incentive Program (BIP). This federally funded program incentivizes states to improve access to community-based long-term services and supports by balancing long-term care spending. Ohio’s new single entry point system takes a “no wrong door” approach to linking individuals to the services they need.
