Aging and Disability Resource Network

The Aging and Disability Resource Network (ADRN) is a collaborative effort of the WRAAA and local partner agencies designed to streamline access to long-term supports and services (LTSS) in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina Counties. The ADRN initiative is part of a nationwide effort to restructure services and supports for older adults, all persons with disabilities, family members and care providers. It also complements long term care system change activities designed to enhance access by older adults and people with disabilities of all ages to community living, personal choice and independence and to slow the rate of growth and expenditures in the states' Medicaid programs.

Accessing the ADRN is easy. A local toll free number will connect people to professionals who will help identify available public benefits and community based services. These professionals are trained to present an array of options, creating choices individuals may not have known existed and then following up to ensure the individual secured the supports they needed. Staff of the ADRN recognizes that everyone’s situation is unique and requires personal attention to make certain that all of their needs are met. Anyone, regardless of age, income level or caregiving role can contact the ADRN by calling 1-855-585-ADRN (2376).
