Benefits Overview

All benefits are available to full time Agency employees the 1st of the month after their hire date.

Medical Mutual Medical and Prescription Coverage

There are 3 levels of Medical coverage available, with single and family options for each level. This allows employees to choose the plan that best suits their needs.

Guardian Coverages

Dental – WRAAA offers a Dental Plan through Guardian that can help you achieve and maintain your oral health. Within the PPO plan you can visit any dentist; but you pay less when you choose a PPO dentist.

Vision – WRAAA offers a comprehensive vision plan through Guardian. Some of the vision network providers include Wal-Mart, JC Penney, Sears, Target, Sam’s Club, and Pearle.

Critical Illness - with a Critical Illness and Cancer plan, you’ll receive a benefit after a serious illness or a condition such as a heart attack, stroke, coronary artery disease or cancer is diagnosed. 

Accident - Guardian Accident coverage provides employees with off the job coverage for accident-related expenses such as ambulance service, hospital confinement and medical treatment.

Life Insurance - WRAAA provides $50,000 of basic term life insurance at no cost for each employee. As a WRAAA employee, you may also purchase additional optional member life insurance to increase your benefit amount as well as optional spouse and child coverage.

Short & Long Term Disability - voluntary short & long term disability coverage are available for purchase through Guardian.

401K

WRAAA is proud to offer their employees the opportunity to enroll in a 401K program with a company match.

Paid Time Off

A healthy work-life balance is essential for ones well being, and WRAAA is proud to offer a generous PTO program to help their employees achieve this.

During your first 5 years of employment with the Agency, full time employees are eligible to accrue up to 32 days of Paid Time Off a year. The amount of PTO increases as length of service increases past 5 years.  

In addition to the generous PTO program, the Agency also observes the following paid holidays in which the office is closed –
