Consumers for Quality Care, No Matter Where would like to hear from consumers or caregivers who have arranged for home care services. If this applies to you, please click on the link to take a survey.
In the past one to two years, have you received care in your house through services of a home health agency? Or have you helped arrange care through a home health agency for someone else in your house? If so, we want to hear from you about your experiences.
The Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, and a number of other organizations are working to improve the quality of home care in Ohio. We can’t accomplish that without hearing from people like you. We want to know about your experiences with care and services in your home, and what makes for good care and services. Please help us by answering the questions on this survey.
